What has actually stopped, and whether we can help.
A stalled project usually needs a decision rather than more effort. Nobody wants to be the person who says cancel it, which is exactly why it keeps costing money for another six months.
We resell nothing and take no commission. Contract and legal questions go to solicitors.
An honest view on whether a stalled project can be finished, should be rescoped, or stopped.

Two structural commitments. We resell nothing and hold no reseller agreements, so no recommendation we make earns us anything from a supplier — which is the only real reason to use an independent adviser rather than a vendor's pre-sales team. And every interim engagement has an agreed end date and a handover deliverable from the outset: we document as we go and will not extend an engagement by holding knowledge. We are not solicitors, so contract terms, termination rights and disputes go to qualified lawyers, and we guarantee no delivery date or saving.
If that is the honest answer, yes. It is usually the cheapest option by the time an outside view is being sought, and it is the thing internal teams find hardest to say out loud.
No. We hold no reseller agreements and take no commission, referral fee or incentive from any supplier. It is the whole reason to use someone independent.
We can tell you what the supplier actually provides, what it costs and what you own. Whether a clause is enforceable, or how to terminate, is a legal question for a solicitor and we will say so.
As agreed at the start, typically three to nine months, with a handover deliverable from day one. Interim work that quietly becomes permanent has failed, however convenient it is for us.
No. Too much depends on decisions, people and suppliers outside our control. We will give you a realistic view and report honestly when it slips.
Worth finding out before you need to know. Organisations routinely discover a supplier holds the domain or repository only when trying to leave, which is exactly when it is most expensive.
